Social Responsibility
Andalucita S.A. is a conscious management company that carries a great social responsibility, primarily in relation to workers and surrounding communities.
We seek to contribute to the sustainable development of the communities where we operate, through a clear policy of corporate social responsibility initiatives.
This will secure the agreement of stakeholders and achieving business objectives in economic, social and environmental issues, to ensure sustainable development of the environment in which we operate.

Therefore, we have implemented a range of social welfare, among which:
- Annual monitoring of the health of workers and implementation of occupational health programs.
- Continuous monitoring of ergonomic hazards.
We aim to improve neighboring communities, encouraging them to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life through the following:
- Contribution to the Village Health Center in La Islilla, granting various equipment and instruments, as well as performing various improvements to the building.
The relations of Andalucita S.A. with its employees and neighboring communities are based on the value of respect for human dignity, their traditions and the environment.
Education
ANDALUCITA S.A. periodically collaborates with the School Campaign. and Quality Public Education manages in our country the Institution: “FE and ALEGRIA PERU”, in this case our contributions have been of support for the implementation of the School “Fe y Alegría 81” (located in the Miraflores Human Settlement (Paita, Piura).
Health
ANDALUCITA S.A. donates 50 wheel chairs to disabled citizens in the city of Paita.
Dental equipment donated to the nearby fishing village of La Islilla, part of our social responsibility.
